Returns Policy
We typically do not accept refunds on orders except under exceptional circumstances, as most items are made to order. Please inspect your item when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or in the case that you received the wrong item, so that we can address the issue as quickly as possible.
Jewellery Resizing
It is understandable to sometimes purchase jewellery in the wrong size, particularly if purchasing as a gift for someone else. If you have accidentally purchased a piece of jewellery in the wrong size, please contact us for a solution. Unfortunately not all pieces are able to be resized due to material, stones, or complexity. Resizing of sterling silver rings, where possible, will incur a small fee of $25 AUD, plus postage.
Please note that if the ring you wish to resize is made of solid gold and you require it to be resized larger, this is likely to incur additional costs including the price of gold required to fill the gap. These details will be discussed with the customer if/when the occasion arises.
Ultimately though, resizing can be difficult and costly, so it is best whenever possible to ensure you have the correct sizing before purchasing. See our ring sizing guide for more information.
Damaged/Other Jewellery Returns
Any item for refund must be returned via mail, and a full refund will only be issued once the item has been returned to us and has been inspected to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed via your original payment method.
